The clinic is located on the northwest corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Highway 55 (Olson Memorial Blvd) in Golden Valley.  We are located in the North Memorial Clinic Building. (Click on the map for driving diretions) 

From Minneapolis

Take 394 west to highway 100 North.  Exit to highway 55 west.  Take a right on Wisconsin Avenue.  The clinic is located immediately on your left. 

From the Northwest

Take 494 south and exit on highway 55 east.  Take a left on Wisconsin Avenue.  The clinic is located immediately on your left.
